Funeral service for Mildred Lambert (Mawmaw) Toney, 89, of Anniston will be Friday, December 29, 2017 at 11:00 am at Gray Brown Service Mortuary with Dr. Todd Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends tonight from 5 – 7 at the funeral home. Mawmaw passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family.
Mawmaw is survived by her husband of 69 ½ years, Charles Toney, son Glenn Toney (Venita) of Anniston, daughter Gina Reeves (Chris) of Oxford, grandchildren Randall Toney (Jamie), Ashley Toney, Toney Reeves (Landen), Nick Reeves, great grandchildren Levi Toney and Evan Toney, several nieces and nephews.
Mawmaw is preceded in death by her mother Alice Lambert, sisters Helen Craft and Dolly Durham.
Mawmaw was a member of First Baptist Church of Saks.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Building Fund.
