Patricia (Patti) Ann Harper, 68 of Jacksonville Alabama was called home by the Father on July 15, 2021. She passed unexpectantly while visiting her children and grandchildren in Texas.
Services will be held on Sunday July 25, 2021 at 3 pm at Edgewood Congregational Methodist Church with Dr. Bill Snow officiating. Public viewing will be Saturday evening from 6-8 pm at Gray Brown Funeral Home. A private burial with immediate family will be at a later date.
Patricia was proceeded in death by her parents Pete and Polly Truett and brothers Bruce Truett, Wayne Terry and Scott Truett.
Patricia is survived by three daughters, Rebecca Harper, Teresa (Joanne) Hanson (Jason) and Kelly Pinner(Curt) all of Fort Worth Texas; seven grandchildren, Alexander Harper, Jordan Harper(Alana), Zachary Hickson, Damian Hickson, Sheradyn Hanson, Madasyn Hanson and Sarahlyn Hickson; two great-grandchildren, Hendrix Harper and Rozlyn Harper; former spouse and friend Joe Harper; three sisters, Donna Sapp of Heflin, Margaret Finch of Anniston and Becky Laxson of Beaumont Texas; two brothers, Donnie Truett of Ohatchee and Timmy Truett of Anniston.
Pallbearers will be Alexander Harper, Jordan Harper, Zachary Hickson, Damian Hickson, Scott Bailey and Harold Rhoads.
Patricia was a longtime member of Edgewood Congregational Methodist Church for over forty years. She was a native of Calhoun County who lived in Texas for numerous years before returning back home to Alabama. She loved spending time with the Lord and was a blessing to others. Patricia loved visiting her family in Texas whenever she could. Forever, the eyes of Texas will be upon their precious yellow rose.
