He is survived by his father, Jerry W. Brown and brother, Wayne Brown, including a wonderful host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Mr. Brown is proceeded in death by his mother, Mrs. Sandra Joyce Brown, and his wonderful wife of 28 years, Mrs. Debra Brown.
Randal was one of those sweet souls who never met a stranger. His precious cats were like his own children. He loved them dearly. He was very active in a lot of local charities around the county, especially "Toys for Tots" and "Relay for Life". One of his favorite places to travel to was Gatlinburg, TN. It was his home away from home. Randal is extremely loved and will be missed dearly by those who knew him.
