Mr. Land passed on Thursday, January 25, 2018 in Birmingham.
Mr. Land is survived by his daughter, Janet (John) Roberts; son, Robert E. Land Jr.; grandson, Jared (Lauren) Roberts; and four great-grandchildren.
Mr. Land was preceded in death by his wife, Estelle Land; parents; sisters, Ruth Burkett, Janie Ensor, and Ethelee Bryson; brothers, Jack Land, and T.J. Land.
Mr. Land was a native of Jasper, a member of 1st Baptist Church of Saks, a graduate of Auburn University, and was retired from AAD. Mr. Land served in the U.S. Army during WWII.
