Ruby "Memaw" Pugh

December 22, 1937April 28, 2018

Blue Mountain – Funeral services for Mrs. Ruby Nell “Memaw” Pugh, 80, will be 1:00 pm, Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Marlon Greenwood officiating with burial following at Post Oak Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 12:00-1:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Pugh passed on Saturday, April 28, 2018 in Troy. Mrs. Pugh is survived by her children, Bruce (Tammy) Andrews, Phala (Melvin) Ogle, Carol (Terry) Ashmore, and Stacie (Randall) Cunningham; sixteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; sister, Peggy Brown; brothers, Wayne Andrews, and Larry Andrews, and a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Pugh was proceeded in death by her parents, Johnny and Lillie Mae Andrews; and brother, James Andrews. Pallbearers will be David Brown, Darren Brown, Michael Andrews, Matt Andrews, Johnny Andrews and Steven Cooper. She was Memaw to all and her passion was watching her family play baseball.

Memaw, I love you so much! I’m so thankful you are worry free now. No more pain, no more sorrow. You looked peaceful today.I’m sure you are with Granny having the best time! I will miss you so much! This is only temporary & I’ll see you again one day. I’ll always remember our memories in the little White House ;)
