Graveside service for Sandra Faye Griffin, 73, of Anniston will be 1:00 pm. Saturday, July 2, 2011 at Anniston Memorial Gardens with Rev. John Whetstone officiating. The family will receive friends from 11-12:30pm prior to service at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary. Mrs. Griffin died Thursday, June 30, 2011 at Golden Living Center.
Survivors include daughters, Deborah (Neel) Williamson of Pelham, AL, Sharon Griffin of Anniston and Deanna (Scotty) Wallace of Lincoln; grandchildren, James Hicks, Erica Bussey, April (Walter) Israel, Jennifer (Bill) Monk, Cole Wallace and Luke Wallace; five great-grandchildren; and brother, Edwin M. (Shirley) Pettus.
Mrs. Griffin was a lifelong resident of Anniston, was a member of West Anniston Baptist Church and retired from Jenkins Mfg. She was a loving and giving mother and grandmother and a caregiver to many. She will be greatly missed by all.
