Sandra is survived by her husband, Tommy Mitchell; her sons Jarod Ryan Mitchell (Nicole), Kevin Andrew Mitchell (Cartie) and John Logan Mitchell (Desiree); her brother John Luallen; her grandchildren Claire, Jack, Sydney, Samuel, Jacob, Arlis, Keith, Serenity and Aurora and her special friends Margie Winnie and Donna Brickner, several nieces and nephews and her fur baby Rosie.
Sandra was preceded in death by her father William Warren and her mother Patsy Luallen; her sister Peggy Stone and her grandmother Lola Craft.
A visitation for Sandra will be held Wednesday, December 21, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 542 W 52nd St, Anniston, Alabama 36206, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
Sandra will be laid to rest in Anniston Memorial Gardens, 4000 US Highway 431, Anniston, Alabama 36206-8595.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jack Mitchell, John Cassell, Rodney Gardner, Tim Sharp, Jonathan Hood, Ted Turgeon and Spencer Sadi.
Sandra was a member of MT. Zion Baptist Church. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in social work from Jacksonville State University. She acquired her Masters degree in social work from the University of Alabama. She loved her grandkids deeply and her kids she taught for preschool, awana's and the Cerebral Palsy Center. She was passionate about teaching others. She was a compassionate person to others. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and sister and will be greatly missed.
