Mrs. Frances Herndon, 86, of Anniston passed away September 28, 2016 in Oxford.
She is survived by her husband Bill Herndon, daughters Deborah Matyjasik (Ted), Helayne Crittenden (Bill), four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
