Sarah L. Browning Lowe

Funeral services for Sarah Lenora Lowe, 67 of Childersburg will be Saturday at 1:00 P.M. at Gray Brown Service Chapel with Rev. David Bearden and Rev. Louie Fincher officiating. Burial will follow at White Plains Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Mrs. Lowe passed away Tuesday in Alabaster, Al.

Survivors include her sons, Jessie Willingham of Anniston, Robin Lowe of Bessemer; three step-children Joann Lowe of Sylacauga, Sharon Higgins of Columbiana, John Lowe Jr. of Sylacauga; grandchildren, Tiffany Dean, Eric Lowe, Rodney Johnson, Mary Johnson; six great grandchildren; sisters, Iris Shiflett (Don) of Columbiana, Brenda Stewart of Childersburg, Rosa Brown (William) of DeArmanville; brothers, Harvey Browning (Sandra) of Texas City, TX, Marcus Browning (Lucille) of Celara.

Mrs. Lowe is preceded in death by her husband John Lowe (1979), a daughter Francis Dean (1996), a sister Sylvia Gayle Taylor (2008), her father Jessie Browning 1982 and her mother Opal Browning 1994.

Pallbearers will be friends.

Mrs. Lowe was a native of Calhoun County and a resident of Childersburg for the past 16 years. She was a member of Childersburg Church of God. She was loved by all.
