Shirley was born and raised in Anniston Alabama. She moved later in life and lived in Panama City Florida for the last 14 years. She had a previous membership at the Church of Nazarene. She was a very hard worker and did not ever want to stop working. She was a very generous person and loved blessing others. She would always make sure her favorite daughter, Allison and her favorite grandchildren, Melina and Diego were well taken care of. She was always very supportive and present for all of her children growing up in sports and other events. Later in life she had the best days getting her kids to drive her around town to see the sights. She enjoyed admiring the mobile homes and pretty cars with rims.
