Anniston - Funeral services for Mr. Stevie W. Flemmons, 60 of Anniston will be Monday, March 17, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Golden Springs Baptist Church with Dr. Randy Hagan and Dr. Roland Brown officiating with burial following at Forestlawn Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday Night from 5-8 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home. Mr. Flemmons passed away March 14, 2014 at RMC in Anniston. Mr. Flemmons is survived by his wife, Becky Flemmons; daughters, Holly (Lance) Bell and Hiliary Flemmons; sister, Linda Resch; and grandchildren, Hudson and Holden Bell. Pallbearers will be David McFarland, Hank Askins, Frank Askins, Wayne Carden, Tracy Mayfield, Tim Garrett, Jeff Smith, and Lance Bell. Mr. Flemmons was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County. He was a 1972 graduate of Walter Wellborn High School, a member of Golden Springs Baptist Church, and a member of the Northeast Alabama Red Elephant Club.

Becky: Linda and I were saddened and shocked to learn of Stevie's passing. I'm sorry we learned of it so late, I would preferred to attend his wake and services. I've known Stevie through his father James almost all of Stevie's life, and it saddens me greatly that he is gone. May God bless you and the children.
