Funeral services for Sylvia F. (Thomas) Tarby, 71, formerly of Piscataway, NJ will be Monday July 30, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at Gray Brown Service Mortuary with Rev. John Howell officiating. Burial will follow at Edgemont Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Mrs. Tarby passed away July 25, 2012 at NHC.
Survivors include her daughter Karen Dagnall (Steve) of Piscataway, NJ, her son Michael Tarby of Henderson, NV, grandchildren Jaclyn, Becca, Zak and Caleb Dagnall, her brother Norman Thomas (Linda) of Anniston and two nephews.
Mrs. Tarby is preceded in death by her parents Johnnie Roscoe Thomas and Nola Payne Thomas, two brothers Johnnie Thomas and Dwight Thomas.
Pallbearers will be friends and family. Honorary Pallbearers will be Staff at NHC.
Special thanks to the Staff at NHC, Amedysis Hospice, Oasis Hospice and Casey Estates for the care they gave to Sylvia.
