Bynum - Funeral services for Mr. Thomas J. Brock, 89 of Bynum will be Monday, April 30 , 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Dr. Don Hamilton and Dr. Dennis Wood officiating with Entombment following at Forestlawn Gardens Mausoleum. The family will receive friends Monday from 12:00 noon until service time at Chapel Hill.

Mr. Brock passed away April 27, 2012 at his residence.

Mr. Brock is survived by his wife of 61 years, Beatrice H. Brock; daughter, Vicki J. Brock; son, Thomas (Jeff) Brock and wife Susan; sister, Mavis Taylor; brothers, Guy Brock and wife Omega, Wallace (Red) Brock and wife Kimmi; grandchild, Ansbea Brock and his loving pets Babe and Angle.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Mr. Brock was a native of Rock Run, Alabama and resident of Calhoun Co. where he retired from the Anniston Army Depot after 31and a half years of service and a member of Bynum Baptist Church. Mr. Brock had also served in the Navy during WWII

Mr. Brock is preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Ola Brock; 5 sisters and 3 brothers
