Funeral services for Tina Marie Brown Green, 53, of Anniston (Saks), AL will be held on Monday, March 13, 2023, at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 542 W. 52nd St., Anniston, AL. The family will receive visitors from 10:00 to 12:00 at the funeral home with services to immediately follow. Burial will follow at Forestlawn Gardens, 730 Golden Springs Rd., Anniston, AL. Tina is survived by her husband of 25 years, David Green, her brother Loyd Brown (Lynn), nephew Steffen Brown (Alexis), niece, Savannah Brown and fiance Josh Bowen; great niece Izzy Brown, Father-in-law Larry Green, Brothers-in-law Scott Green, Joey Green, Charles Denham and her special sweet watchdog “Pup”. Tina passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at her home. Tina was preceded in death by her parents, Elder Roy Brown and Helen Brown, her sister, Linda Denham, her nephew, Brad Denham, and her niece, Angie Denham. Tina was a lifelong resident of Anniston (Saks). Tina graduated from Saks High School, Class of ’88. She worked in the food industry for several years. At one point she quit her job to take care of her ailing parents. After their passing, she resumed work. She was presently employed as one of the managers at Burger King in Anniston, always greeting customers with a smile and sometimes starting to fill the orders of her regular customers before they even said their order. Tina had a contagious smile and laughter that brightened the days of those she loved and interacted with. She truly was a friendly person who never met a stranger.
