Weaver – Funeral service for Mrs. Tommie L. Brown., age 73, will be 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 1, 2011, at Chapel Hill Funeral Home Chapel with Roy Barker officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 until service time at the funeral home on Monday.
Mrs. Brown passed away, Thursday July 28, 2011 at RMC.
Mrs. Brown is survived by her daughters, Katrina (Donnie) Embler of Thomasville,NC, Aledia (Ernie) Combs of Anniston, AL; sons, Cledis (Joan) Couch of Inola, OK, Quin Couch of Weaver, AL; sister, Valorie Grainger of Gainesville, GA; brother, Ray Davidson of Gainesville, GA; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and twenty-one nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Mrs. Brown was a native of Georgia and resident of Weaver for 48 Years. She was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Brown is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Mattie Lou Davidson; brothers, Leroy and Nathaniel Davidson.
