Funeral Service for Virginia Louise McGee Brown, 69, from Southside will be 1 pm on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home. Visitation from 11 until service time at the chapel. Pastor Andy Brown will be officiating. Burial to follow at Four Mile United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Brown is survived by her son, Billy Brown; sister, Connie Conner; brothers, William McGee (Amy), and David McGee; and 25 nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence “Butch” Brown; father, George William McGee; mother, Mildred Louise Reynolds; brother, Sam McGee, brother-in-law, Mike Conner.
Pallbearers will be Trent Conner, Jason Marquardt, James Biddy, Jack Reynolds Jr., Ethan Finley and Blaise Rodon.
She was a prayer warrior. She loved to bowl; she loved people and was very social. She was a very devoted Mother and loved her son. She loved Alabama Football, Elvis, and Conway Twitty. She was a member of Brannon Springs Church and was very devoted to the church.
