Graveside services for Virginia NellMcClellan, 87, of Anniston, will be 11 a.m. Friday November 11, 2011, at Edgemont Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Drummond officiating. The family will receive friends this evening from 5 - 8 pm at Gray Brown-Service Mrs. McClellan died Tuesday at her residence. Survivors include her two sons, Donald Rider and wife, Linda, of Fruithurst, and Jerry McClellan and wife, Judy, of Albany, Ga.; two daughter, Kathy Matheson and husband, David, Linda
Ortego and husband, Wayne, of Bill Plat, La.; seven grandchildren, Chris Rider, Terrie Adams, Michael Rider, Will McClellan, Michelle Hodge, Angel Amador and Michael Terry; 29 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. McClellan is preceded in death by her husband, A.G. McClellan and her granddaughter, Diana Marie Rider. Pallbearers will be Family and FriendsMrs. McClellan was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County and was Baptist by faith.
