Wallace Vaughn

Anniston– Funeral services for Mr. Wallace Edward Vaughn, 80, of Anniston, will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Winford Logan and Minister Lisa Kennedy officiating, with burial to follow at Maple Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12 until service time at the funeral home.

Mr. Vaughn passed Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at his residence. He was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County.

Mr. Vaughn is survived by his daughter, Kythia Long of Albertville; sons, Edward, Johnny Vance, and Tony Vaughn of Anniston; sister, Lila Spence of Farmington, NM; brother, Grady Vaughn of Anniston; grandchildren, Derrick Long, Cory Vaughn, John Vaughn, Kathy Cebrian, and Phillip Lipham.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Mr. Vaughn was preceded in death by his wife, Betty J. Vaughn; daughter, Mila Sowler; parents, John and Ora Vaughn; sister, Lenora Sellars, and brother, Cecil Vaughn.

Mr. Vaughn was of the Baptist faith and a self employed brick mason.
