I just read his book Bynum. He sounds like he was truly an amazing person. I grew up in Bynum 1962-1980 and would have loved to have know him. God Bless Him and his family.

Please accept my sincerest condolences with the passing of Wil. Unfortunately, I was out of town this past weekend and could not offer them in person. He was my friend and an determined advocate for his clients. He will surely be missed by those of us who knew him and by those who, unfortunately, will now never have the opportunity to know him. So sorry to hear about Mr. Lane.  Me and John were good friends when we were both teenagers. I can remember all of us talking about his hot rod, and Alabama football.  My regards to the family. God Bless.

Will may be the epitome of openness.  I knew him from 5th grade on, graduated high school with him, and am honored that he mentioned me in his writings. Always a great patriotic American, we will sorely miss his input on today's issues. My deepest condolences to his family. A friend gone too soon.
