Yonnie Fletcher will forever be known for the love she carried in her heart. First of all, she loved her family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. Ms. Fletcher also loved her country and proved it by proudly serving in the United States Army up until she met her husband in Fort Lee, Virginia. She loved her Lord and showed this by being a long time active member of Church of the Covenant. Her hobbies were more things she loved and enjoyed. Painting, crafting, swimming and gardening were just some of the activities that brought her much happiness. Her love for mankind in general was displayed by her constant generosity. Everyone who knew and came in contact with her never left empty handed. Her thoughts were always of others and not herself. All of these beautiful qualities are just a few reasons Yonnie will be greatly missed by all of us who had the privilege of knowing her.
