Brenda Jane Bixby, age 59 of Otsego, passed away March 29th 2023. Preceded in death by father Alvin Traum and step mother Marie Traum. Brenda was a loving daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother who cherished her family above all else. Known to her family as grandma Coo Coo she always made laughter, love, and fun the core of all she did. She was a wonderful friend who always had a caring heart and kind words. Survived by loving husband of 37 years, Kevin; daughters Nikki (Scott) Heintz; Kayla (Matt) Huth; son, Zach Bixby; mother, Pat (Mel) Weber; brother Ted Traum. 6 beautiful grandchildren that were the light of her life: Aubrey Kent, Brody Kent, Harper Huth, Silas Huth, Bennett Bixby, Ellary Bixby. Celebration of life Monday April 10th 5 PM at Gearhart Funeral Home Coon Rapids Chapel, 11275 Foley Blvd. NW., Coon Rapids. Visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Her family invites all who attend to join us in wearing purple in Brenda’s honor (all attire from Vikings gear to ties are welcome). We also invite all who attend to join us for dinner following the service.
