Three long hard years since you left Chelsea. Tears, heartbreak and memories,  linger on each  and every day. We know you are with our Lord in Heaven because that's the only place for an Angel like you. Your babies are beautiful and are a lifetime gift that you have given to Family members & Friends. Hi sweetheart it’s auntie Kim thinking about you today and every day like I do. I miss you more than anything oh I remember a good talks we used to have our long talks we laugh we giggle. Make fun of people. You were always my favorite baby your babies have grown up to become beautiful little kids that baby girl she looks just like you sweetheart. I will see you someday soon do you know I’m getting old. I love and miss you you and the kids sit upon my fire mantle every day and have since you passed. Love hugs and kisses to you sweetheart.

It broke some many hearts when you went to heaven too soon, especially the ones of your husband and kids! You were such a beautiful person, inside and out! You made yourself such a great life full of love, laugh and happiness! This is so unfair!

With a heart that is broken I want to tell my family that Chelsea will forever remain in my heart and in my memory. She was my Niece and I was so proud of her accomplishments. She has left us with 3 beautiful gifts, Nixon, Junior, & Melina. Michael will always be her true love and she will live forever in his heart. We will feel her presence in many, unthinkable ways. Our hearts are broken, our tears flow and our family will never be the same. I pray God keeps her close to him and allows us to be with her again. I'll always cherish you Chelsea Mae. I still cant believe this is happening but I will always cherish Chels and her HUGE smile...her contagious giggle and her advice... we used to throw the best parties and have the best of times at our local pub Povs back in the day. Chels loved to have fun and make people smile!! She was the life of every party and she became a mom she was superwoman in a nutshell... i will miss her so so much. Love to mikey, bridgette, Danny and the kids...

I am Nixon's Great Aunt.  Chelsea blessed our family with this sweet boy.  She was always so sweet to my Elderly Mother ( Nixon's Great Great Grandma) and kept in touch checking in on our family from time to time.  My heart breaks for all of her sweet babies, for her Husband, her parents and all who knew and loved her.  I pray your memories help you heal.
