She was preceded in passing by her parents, Charles and Vivian Cloutier; and step-daughter, Shawna Nohr.
Cheryl is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Steven Nohr; children, Jenni and Tim; grandchildren, Jimmy, Jenna, Kylie, Obi, and Malachi; brothers, Chuck, Tom, and Curt Cloutier; along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
A Committal Service for Cheryl will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at 2:00 pm at Morningside Memorial Gardens for a laying to rest. Join us from 3pm-6pm at the Anoka American Legion for food and celebration of life.
