Jeff was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Theodore Danielson and Frances Marie (Stay) Danielson. He is the oldest of 3 Children; Brother, Thomas and Sister, Patricia.
Growing up, Jeff enjoyed hunting, fishing, and anything that included being outdoors with his friends. He graduated from Minneapolis Vocational High School where he became interested in Printing.
At the age of 19 Jeff was drafted by the US Army and served for 2 years. During the 2 Years in the Military he spent 10 of those months in combat in Vietnam.
After returning from the Military, Jeff took some courses at North Hennepin Technical College for printing and began working in the printing industry not long after. He really enjoyed this and did very well so it didn't take him long to become a “Pro”.
In 1979 Jeff had his first child, Eric. He loved being a Dad and having his son made him realize that he had to make some changes in his life. He realized it was time to get sober and got really involved with AA and made many lifelong friendships. It was also in AA where he met his Wife, Tamara (Tammy).
He and Tammy were married in August of 1989. Not only did he find his Life Partner, but he also became a father to two young girls, Jessica and Dana.
Jeff loved Motorcycles, he bought his first one at the age of 15 and never looked back. He enjoyed dancing and listening to music. He loved to pull pranks and make jokes. What he enjoyed most was making people laugh. He was the life of the party and people just liked being around him. He could tell any story and whether it was true or not, he could make you believe it.
He really enjoyed working with his hands, he built many things over the years from decks to ice houses. He loved helping people, especially his family so any chance that he could help to fix or build anything, he tried.
Jeff has 9 Grandchildren and they were his Pride and Joy. He loved more than anything being a Grandpa and in his eyes, his Grandchildren could do no wrong. He even did "Daycare" for one of his Granddaughters for a couple of years and loved every minute of it.
Jeff was very involved with different Vietnam Veteran Groups including Groups for Vets dealing with PTSD. He created and managed a Historical Website for a Group for Vietnam Vets as well. He was a member of ICVMC - In Country Vietnam Motorcycle Club and tried to give back to Vets as much as he could.
His smile was contagious and his laugh genuine. He will be deeply missed by all of those left behind.
