I wanted to say something at the funeral but was too shy to stand up in front of everyone to say it..

But first I'd like to give my deepest condolences to his entire family. I’m sending all of you so much love, strength, and comfort during this incredibly difficult time. Josh will be missed more than words can say. My heart truly breaks for you all.

I’m not very good at putting feelings into words, but I wanted to say a few things about Josh. 
Josh had a huge personality and a sense of humor that was definitely his own.  His sense of humor could make some wonder "Did he really just say that?” Lol. But that's who he was.  He was unapologetically himself, and that’s something I’ll always remember about him.

I laugh when I think about Josh riding with me in my car . I know he probably questioned whether he was going to make it home or not 😂  I'm definitely not the best driver but he would just sit there and let me do my thing. I could see the fear in his face sometimes as he's gripping the door handle but he never said anything. I think he just accepted that if he got in the car with me, that we were somehow going to get from Point A to Point B alive. 

That’s one of those little memories that makes me smile now. Because even though it was something so simple, it was Josh. Patient laidback, and always willing to go along for the ride. Lol. 

You may be gone, but you will never be forgotten.  I'll miss you buddy. Until we meet again 💚

We are so sorry for the loss of Josh. He was one great kid, I remember when he was young  he  would always play baseball in our backyard with  our two boys and all the neighborhood kids. Had many birthday parties together and sleepovers! Josh will be missed what great memories we have of him. Gone too soon.
