Born Oct. 09, 1963 passed away peacefully at home on Dec. 21, 2023 age 60 after a brave battle with cancer.

Survived by his wife Audrey of 23 years and his faithful puppy Mister. Siblings Honey (Paul) Roberts, Mitch, Renee, Tony (Kim)

and step children Laura, Martin (Lauren), Frisco Rice, 7 Grandchildren and one adopted son Bobby (Sarah) Quinn.

Neil had a great sense of humor was also witty and fun. He was a highly skilled woodworker and loved gardening and helping others.

Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, January 11th from 4 PM - 8 PM at Applied Care Services.

3517 Commerce Blvd, White Bear Lake.
