A longtime resident of Elk Point, SD, Pat moved to Coon Rapids in 1985. She was a dedicated volunteer at Mercy Hospital and an active member of St. Stephen's parish.
Survived by Children, Rita, Jim, and Mike (Carolyn) Connolly; Daughter-in-law, Denise; numerous Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren, Family and Friends.
