I am very happy my mother had a sister like Phyllis. Whenever our mob of a family visited our equally large brood of Minnesota cousins, Aunt Phyllis would be strong, graceful, and quick with her dry sense of humor as she hosted upwards of 2 dozen children.
She was likely unaware that she was a unique inspiration to me as a child and, I'm sure, to many others whose lives intertwined with hers.
Thank you Aunt Phyllis for navigating life so well and showing the rest of us how to do that.
Love,
Helen McCormick

You have my deepest sympathy at your Mom’s passing. I have fond memories as a kid visiting your family with my family and your mom always making us feel welcome. I remember the meals your mom would make and the discussions your dad and my dad would get into. I would also like to thank you for the support and comfort you provided my mom when my dad passed last year. Take care.
