Very few people have the strength, good intentions, and honesty required to fight life's important fights and win. Terry worked harder than anyone I've ever met. He had the ability to overcome because he was breathtakingly resilient, had good judgment, and had a deep breadth of life experience that fostered perspective and introspection. But, in the end, he overcame because he cared deeply for the people around him. It is not a small accomplishment to overcome life's great challenges. He had more heart and sophistication than anyone I've ever met. We have lost someone who worked exceptionally hard to support others, despite needing to overcome overwhelming obstacles to support himself.

Taras, you were a man of truly exceptional ability. In only a short lifetime, you accomplished the most heroic acts of heart that I have ever seen from another person. You are deeply missed everyday. Thank you for helping me to be the person I am now. I owe my life and my perspective about life's great challenges to you. You were a lion among men.

So sorry to hear of your loss. I waited on Terry for many years at the post office. He was the highlight of our day. He became a great friend.

I am greatful I was able to spend time with Terry this year after years of losing touch, even if it was only for a short period for our uncle's funeral.

I will always cherish the time we had as kids together whether at their place in Anoka, our aunt's/uncle's in Jamestown.

My heart breaks for his parents, my aunt and uncle, Gayle and Ted, as well as his brother Todd and his family.

Unfortunately I was unable to make the funeral, but I want them to know that you all are in my family's thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

I have so many memories of Terry, the best were just talking and laughing about anything and everything over a cup of coffee, a smoke and something sweet to stuff in our faces. Thank you for always being my friend, through it all. I miss you and I will hold you close to my heart for the rest of my days.

Sending my deepest condolences and peace to all of his family and friends.

I would like to send my condolences to Uncle Ted, Aunt Gail and Todd for the loss of their son and brother. The memory I have of Terry is when we were quite young and they traveled to Rochester to visit. His loss is heartbreaking and hopefully reminds everyone how precious our time is with one another. May God bless Terry and Terry's family and friends.
