Ealie "Pawpaw" E. McCafferty Jr., born on January 16, 1941 in Batesville, Mississippi, passed away on February 6, 2026, at the age of 85. Ealie graduated from Apopka High School. He married his high school sweetheart, Audrey McCafferty. Ealie had a career in agriculture and was the owner of K&M Foliage. He had a passion for agriculture, fishing, and his family.
Ealie is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Audrey, and children, Mac and Kevin McCafferty.
Ealie is survived by his grandchildren, Sean, Ashley, Kaitlyn, Logan, and Kevin McCafferty; and great-grandchildren, Alivayah, DJ, Spencer, Teightym, and Elliana.
A visitation will be held at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, located at 601 N Park Ave, Apopka, FL, 32712, on February 13, 2026, at 1:00 pm. The funeral service will follow at the same location at 2:00 pm.
A committal service will take place at Edgewood-Greenwood Cemetery, 141 Edgewood St, Apopka, FL, 32703, on February 13, 2026, at 3:00 pm.
