Fritz was born December 16, 1929 in Haiti. Fritz married Salia Jones on June 11, 1967. He moved to New York in 1964, and lived there and in New Jersey until moving to Florida in 2006. He was an accountant for Tri-County Asphalt. His hobbies included gardening, carpentry, visiting friends, going to restaurants.
Fritz was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Apopka, where he served as a deacon. He was also the founder, treasurer, and implemented the Day Care Center at the Seventh Day Adventist Church of the Oranges.
Fritz was preceded in death by his grandson, Taylor Lindsay Cotton. He is survived by his wife, Salia, of 54 years. He is also survived by his daughter Franzie Michelle Jones, and his grandson Todd Lindsay Cotton.
A visitation for Fritz will be held Sunday, May 23, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Seventh Day Adventist Church of Apopka, 340 Votaw Road, Apopka, FL 32703.
