He was born in Vega Alta, PR on March 9, 1954. Hip graduated from Eastern District High School and received a High School Diploma from Eastern District High. He also attended 3 years college at Brooklyn College in Brooklyn, New York.
He was married to Norma Cruz on June 4, 1977. Hip had a career as a Security/Firearm Instructor for Advent Health, ISI, and Shooters World Orlando.
He was a member of NRA Wheels of Faith and had a passion for shooting sports, gun loading, baseball and Formula ONE.
He was preceded in death by Parents; Hipolito and Lydia Rosado, Brother; Edwin Rosado, Orlando Rosado and Sister; Rosa Rosado.
He is survived by Wife; Norma Rosado, Son; Adam H. Rosado, Brothers; Eric and Eddie Rosado.
