John L Polsley, 90, passed away on September 14, 2026. John moved to Florida from West Virginia in 1955. He was a single man, who took care of his mother, until he met Barbara Starkey. He married Barbara Starkey (and her four children) Michael (wife Cherrie) David (wife LuAnne) Sylvia, Anita (husband Millard Holt) He adopted the children and was the best husband, provider and most wonderful father anyone could have ever asked for. John liked fishing hunting and the outdoors. He and Barbara were longtime members of the Moose Lodge. He is preceded in death by his mother, Delda Mae, father Hugh Daniel, his loving wife Barbara, son Michael, daughter Sylvia, and great grandson Jayden. John had six grandchildren, Amber, Christopher, Amy, Jennifer, Brandon and John Michael. He also had nine great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter. Our hearts are broken now that you are gone, but you and momma rest well. We love you!
