

She was born in Clermont, Florida on April 2, 1941. Judy graduated from Louisville High School as Vice President of her Senior Class. She married Franklin Beaty on December 26, 1967.
Judy worked in Residential Construction Customer Service for Banyan Homes. She was the President of the Jayceettes of Chester, SC, established the preschool at Apopka Assembly of God, and treasurer of the Friends of Cooper Memorial Library and had a passion for reading, travel, and her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her father, Jack Lloyd Elliot, her mother, Anna Jeannette McKinnley Elliot, and her grandson, Dakota Cordell Beaty.
She is survived by her husband, Frank, her children, Jeff (Lisa), Dale, Dean, and Trina (David), her sisters, Jean (Ray), Peggy (Perry) , and Pam (Roger), her grandchildren, Courtney (Tyler), Eva Paige, Shelby, Hannah (Justin), and Jack, and her great-grandchildren, Konnor, Kylor, Lincoln, Jackson, Lark, Beckham, Holly, Kase, and Meadow.
The family will receive friends from 10:30 am -11:00 am at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, 601 N Park Avenue, Apopka FL 32712. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 am with interment following in Woodlawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Rd, Gotha, FL 34734.
