Larry was a retired police officer for Nassau County, NY. He was an avid golfer and member of Forest Lake Golf Club. He loved spending time with family. He enjoyed cooking and trying new recipes.
Larry was preceded in death by his sister Marjorie Jensen. He is survived by Gladys Meyer Grunwald his former wife and mother of their children, Laura Ruiz (Mike Saul), Kevin Grunwald (Aggie) and Michael Grunwald (Susanne); brother, Rich Grunwald (Sue) and former wife and special friend, Cathi Roman. Larry also leaves behind grandchildren Nicole, Steven, Jackie (Hollie), Julia, Logan, Katarina, Gannon, Ella and Emery and great grandchildren Joselyn and Desmen.
A memorial service for Larry will be held Monday, December 6, 2021 at 4:00 PM at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, 601 North Park Avenue, Apopka, Florida 32712.
