He was an attentive listener and relished accounts of farming, home life, and the culture of southeastern KY. Rob was a good cook, well-versed in the Bible, a delightful story teller, well read, and viewer of historical documentaries. His favorite employment was a grounds keeper and plant nursery manager at a university, several golf courses, and shopping centers. He had a fine eye for antiques, jewelry, and old coins and for a spell operated a small antique shop where he also sold Christmas trees and wreaths. He was extremely proud of his children and their many educational accomplishments, talents, and life pursuits. Robs' children, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends treasure only the fondest of memories of the dearly departed. May he rest in peace.
