Terry was born in Ranger, West Virginia on May 17, 1943. Terry graduated from Kenton High school and received an Associates Degree from Gateway Community College.
She was married to Charles E. Williams on February 28, 1977. Terry had a career in College Admissions for Gateway COmmunity College. She had a passion for quilting, sewing, card creations and arts and crafts.
She was preceded in death by Paul H. Webb, Berna Lea Webb, Wyonna Kay Lightfoot, Winfred Webb, Rodney Webb and Robert Knott.
She is survived by Charles E. Williams Jr., Daughter; Michelle Collins (David), Brother; Reginald Webb (Tammy), Grandson; Kevin Knott (Jessica Toomey-Knott).
A Visitation for Terry will be held Monday, May 19, 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, 601 N Park Ave, Apopka, FL 32712. Following the visitation will be a Graveside Service from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513.
