Tina Louise Frazier, 60, was born on September 1, 1965, in Dayton, Ohio. On August 28, 2026, Tina passed into the arms of her Savior, leaving behind a family who loved her beyond measure and a legacy of faith, love, and devotion that will continue through all those whose lives she touched.
On October 18, 2008, Tina married her beloved husband, Robert “Bob” Frazier. Their marriage brought together two families and blended them into one—a family Tina loved fiercely and wholeheartedly. She was the heart of her family, and her love for the Lord was at the center of that devotion. Her faith guided the way she loved, gave, helped, and cared for those around her.
Tina was the youngest of five children born to Wicker and Clara Morris, who preceded her to heaven. In 1974, Tina and her family moved to Florida, where she would build the life, family, and community she cherished. She later graduated from Apopka High School.
Family was everything to Tina. The greatest joy of her life was her family, and she especially treasured being “Mimi” to her grandchildren. Nothing made her happier than having the people she loved together. Whether it was a holiday, a family gathering, time spent outdoors, or simply being together, Tina cherished anything that brought her family close.
Tina was kind, loving, generous, determined, and fiercely devoted to those she loved. She had a huge heart, never knew a stranger, and could strike up a conversation with just about anyone. She was a fixer and a problem-solver—the person you wanted in your corner. If there was a problem, Tina was ready to figure it out. If someone needed help, she was there.
Tina loved life and found happiness in so many things. She loved the outdoors and was happiest on the water, whether she was boating, fishing, or kayaking. She loved the mountains and hiking, enjoyed live music, and had a creative spirit with a love for art and painting. She loved sunflowers and especially enjoyed decorating for the holidays, creating beautiful and welcoming spaces for the celebrations that brought her family together.
Tina is survived by her beloved husband, Bob Frazier, and her devoted dog, Lucy; her children, Wesley Sawyer (Lindsey), Bradley Sawyer, Brooke Fluker, Robert Frazier III, Rebecca Frazier, Rachel Hooper (Evan), Richard Frazier, and Ryann Frazier; and her grandchildren, Skyler, Ginger, Greyson, Elliott, Avalynn, Emmerson, Zoe, Noah, Malachi, CJ, and Georgia. She is also survived by her siblings, Wicker Morris Jr.(Sandy), Kent Morris, Kevin Morris, and Sue Souder, as well as many nieces and nephews and countless others who were blessed to know and love her.
Tina also deeply valued her friendships and loved spending time with her close friends, who were an important part of her life. She especially cherished the friendship she shared with Cathy (Ken) Hutchinson. The time, laughter, memories, and experiences she shared with Cathy and her other dear friends brought her tremendous happiness throughout her life.
Professionally, Tina spent 16 years working in healthcare as a Marketing Director. Her natural ability to connect with people, along with her generous heart and desire to help others, were qualities she carried with her throughout her career.
Tina’s passing leaves an immeasurable void in the family of which she was so truly the heart. She will be remembered for her faith, her enormous heart, her generosity and determination, her willingness to help, and above all, the fierce and unwavering love she had for her family. Though her family will deeply miss her presence, her laughter, her guidance, and the way she brought everyone together, there is comfort in knowing that the faith Tina carried throughout her life has now brought her home into the arms of her Savior.
Her love will remain in every family gathering, every holiday celebration, every adventure on the water, and every moment shared by the family she loved more than anything.
