Billy was a dear friend. We met over lunch at Target and that continued to a once a week lunch for several years. Billy was so smart with a great memory. He talked to me about his great childhood. He was always concerned about other people. He will be missed. RIP "Leo".

I worked with Billy at the Target in Altamonte Springd more than 10 years ago but still hold such a happy memory in my heart of being his friend and co-worker. He always challenged my own sense of gratefulness and optimism and was an inspiration. He will be so dearly missed.

Saddened to learn of Billy's passing. He was such a good, down to Earth person and a hard worker, always willing to help a teammate out. He had such a unique sense of wit and wisdom, and could make any conversation enjoyable. I was fortunate enough to work alongside him for over 20 years, and in that time he was more than just a co-worker, but a great friend. I find comfort knowing he is in a better place now, and no longer affected by the limitations life bestowed upon him. Love ya Bill, gonna miss you. My warmest thoughts and deepest sympathy go out to his family and friends. God bless, and farewell...

My hearts and prayers go out to Billy's family and friends. I worked with Billy at target. Some of us at target got really close to him. Especially the ones of us that worked in the cafe. We got to see him the most. Being one of the ones to help him with his lunch was such a blessing. He had such a big heart and great sense of humor. Always making me smile. I'm lucky and blessed to have known him. And Will never forget him.
