

Cliff was born on September 17, 1958 in Columbia, SC to Donald Bruce Duncan and Wilma Traylor Duncan. He graduated from Northern Nash High School in Rocky Mount, N. C. in 1976 and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations. Cliff was known for a life-long passion for hunting, fishing and archery which he enjoyed with a large circle of friends. Cliff was stricken with insulin-dependent diabetes in 1987 and dealt with this illness bravely for some 35 years.
Cliff is preceded in death by his father, Donald. B. Duncan of Leeds, S. C. and his beloved dog “Gabe”. He is survived by his mother, Wilma T. Duncan; two brothers, Dr. Barry C. Duncan and D. Scott Duncan; one sister-in-law, Nancy M. Duncan, several nieces and nephews, and too many friends to mention.
