Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Evelyn Marshburn Proctor; daughters, Vicki Smith and her husband R.J. of Trinity, Tresa Champion of Inman, SC; sons Tim Proctor and his wife Diane of Burlington, NJ and Clayton Proctor and his wife Lisa of West Jefferson; 8 Grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday at 1:00pm at Sechrest Funeral Service in Archdale. A private burial will be held at a later date at Salisbury National Cemetery.
Family will receive friends immediately following service.
