Judi was born in High Point, April 27, 1943, a daughter of the late Thomas and Lelia Hornaday Combs. She worked for the Guilford County Court system for many years. Judi loved spoiling her grandchildren, caring for her dog, Jack and her cat, Nick and enjoyed working in her yard. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold S. Earnhardt. Judi was a member of English Road Baptist Church.
Surviving are her son, Harold Earnhardt, Jr. and his wife Jennifer; her sister, Betty Steadman and her husband Bill; a brother, Gordon Combs and his wife Judy; two grandsons, Brandon Earnhardt and his wife Claudia and Andrew; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Judi's life will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the Floral Garden Park Mausoleum by Rev. Dr. Jim Summey. The family will receive friends following the service at the mausoleum. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society or English Road Baptist Church.
