She was born in Guilford County on July 31, 1931, and worked as a seamstress.
A memorial service will be held 7:00 PM Thursday, December 22, 2016, at Trindale Community Church, 5934 Surrett Drive, Archdale, NC, with Pastor Ottis Collins officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David Snipes, Sr.; two sons, Ronnie Kiziah and Danny Kiziah; and one grandchild, Johnny Kiziah.
She is survived by three sons, David Snipes, Jr., Jeff Snipes and wife Becky, and Ricky Kiziah; one daughter, Natosha Sanders and husband Brent; five grandchildren, Christian Tate, Tanner Sanders, Leigh Ann Snipes, Jeff Snipes, Jason Kiziah and wife Ashleigh; daughter-in-law Kathy Kiziah; and 5 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Trindale Community Church.
