Martha was a kind and spirited individual who brought warmth and joy to all who knew her. She worked for many years at the Alan Jay School Cafeteria, where her friendly smile and caring nature made her a favorite among students and staff. Later, she continued sharing her warmth with the community while working at Sir Pizza in High Point.
She had a passion for singing, a love that often filled her home and heart with music. An avid camper, she was an enthusiastic member of the Carolina Camping Club, where she made cherished memories with friends and family under the stars. In quieter moments, she found joy in reading and word search puzzles, always keeping her mind sharp and curious.
A woman of deep faith, she attended Providence Wesleyan Church for many years, where she built lasting friendships and found strength and comfort in her spiritual community.
Martha is survived by her two sons, William B. Lambeth, Jr. and Wade Dean Welch (Deborah); her two daughters, Donna Elisa Lambeth Gray (Leroy) and Jettie "Darlene" Welch Holley (Steven).
In addition to her parents, Martha was preceded in death by her husband Osroe Wade Welch; her son Roger Boyde Petty and her daughter Rachel Lynn Mckinney Hines; three brothers, George O.
