Yvonne "Bonnie" Geneieve Hill

Mrs.Hill was born December 9, 1933 in Coalwood, West Virginia to Wiliam Carl and Dorothy Bethal Mabe Stovall. She was a 1974 graduate of Guilford Technical Institute with a degree in Nursing (LPN). She was employed with High Point Regional Health Systems until her retirement. Mrs. Hill was a member of Thomasville Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary A. Hill, Sr., her parents, her Foster Parents Roy L. and Gertie Lawson; three brothers ,Rev. Willliam Carl Stovall , Jr, Clyde Stovall, Gerald Stovall and a Foster-Brother, Masion Ray Lawson; Also preceding her in death were her sister, Roberta Stovall Riggs, a grandson Joshua Allen Hill a great granddaughter, Hannah Grace Kennedy and a great great grandson Malachi Glenn Hill.

Surviving are two daughters; Yvonne Diane Freeman and husband Eddie of Archdale and Sharon Kay Welch and husband Jack of Trinity; three sons Gary Allen Hill, Jr. and wife Teresa of High Point, James Richard Hill and wife Jennifer of High Point, and Terry Ray Hill of Trinity. Mrs. Hill is also survived by her sister-in-laws Bridgette Stovall of Roanoke, Marcella Stovall of Kevonne, Ill, and Marlene Stovall of Phoeniz, Az, a Foster Brother R. F. Lawson and wife Zollie of Woodlawn, Va., and Foster Sister-in-law Katherine Stovall of Galax, Va. Mrs. Hill has seven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be conducted Friday at 2:00p.m. in Sechrest Funeral Chapel in Archdale by Pastor Allen Martin and Pastor Steve Hill.

Entombment will follow the service in the mausoleum of Guilford Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6:00 pm until 8:00 p.m.
