Anna Marie Moskal was born on January 15, 1962, in Evanston, IL to William J. and Martha Ruby (nee Scott) Moskal. She died on April 10, 2023 at her residence in Lake Forest.

Anna graduated from Glenbrook North High School in Northbrook. She continued her education by earning a degree from Northwestern University in Evanston where she worked for many years in their Health Department.

Anna will always be loved and deeply missed.

Anna is survived by her beloved siblings John (Mary Lou) Moskal, William “Bill” (Mari) Moskal, Diane (Daniel) Papreck, Kathy Lohrstorfer, Patricia “Patty” (James) Hanekamp and Rob “Robby” (Mary) Moskal; her half-brother John (Meg) Middleton; her nieces and nephews John Moskal, Jr., Jennifer (Brendan) Biebel, Justin (Caroline) Papreck, Kevin (Renata) Papreck, Julie Lohrstorfer, Brooke (Jeff) Lester, Kristen (Brian) Erwin, Lisa Lohrstorfer as well as Jacqueline, Antoinette and Jake Barbarone; she is also survived by her great-nieces and nephews Alex and Max Papreck, Landyn and Lohralye Lester, Reese, Scarlett and Teegan Erwin as well as Eeva and Miles Barbarone.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial Mass will be held on May 8, 2023 at 11:30am at the Church of St. Mary 175 E. Illinois Road, Lake Forest, IL 60045. Interment will follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery in Niles.

In lieu of flowers memorials in Anna’s name may be given to PETA.org
