Annetta R. Biestek

Memorial visitation for Annetta R. Biestek will be from 9 AM until time of memorial mass 10 AM Saturday Sept. 11, 2010 at St. Raymond De Penafort Church Elmhurst Road (Rt. 83) and Lincoln Street Mt. Prospect. Interment is private.

Born Dec. 21, 1941 to Joseph and Rosemary (nee Fiorda) Bosch in Chicago, she passed away Sept. 2, 2010 at Midwest Hospice in Skokie. She will be dearly missed by her husband Paul J. Jr; her children Jennifer R. (Joe) Brom of Ada, MI and Paul J. “PJ” (Cathy) Biestek of St. Paul, MN; her grandchildren Emily and Ryan Brom and Annika Biestek and her sister Judy (Ben) Thomason.

Annetta graduated in 1963 from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Education, majoring in Art. She was a member of St. Raymond Parish since 1971 and taught at St. Raymond School from 1993 – 2006. Annetta was an artist and a teacher. She had a gift and a passion for teaching children. She enjoyed music, theatre, dancing and playing bridge.
