Lianto, Thank you for your thoughts and prayers.  You and all his friends in Indonesia had a special place in his heart.  In his 40 years traveling to Indonesia, he made a lot of friends and wonderful memories.

My deepest sympathy to Bruno's Family. Thinking of you at this difficult time. May the wonderful memories of Bruno be a source of strength for you.

I loved Bruno, a truly gregarious and sociable friend. A colleague to meet in the hallway to lighten your day.  He would talk to me in half-Italian half-Venetian (my guess) dialect. He will be in my prayers.

Sorry for your loss.  He was a great man, and I will miss him too.I always enjoyed meeting him in Jakarta and at the UOP 25 Year Club annual dinners.He was a better salesman than I am, so appreciated each lesson he taught me.One was the value of not looking as smart as you really are, so people are more relaxed around you, and therefore more likely to share what you need to know.Along that line was the "technique" of not being afraid to say something that you don't for certain know is true, when making a guess about what might be true.To which people might reply with "How Did You Know?".You didn't, but now you do.Or people would correct your mistaken statement, again giving you more information to help the sales effort.Sorry I wasn't there at the services to see you in person.Again, he was a great man, that I always enjoyed meeting.My condolences for your loss.Bryon Brandt

Kamil, Thank you for your prayers.  Even though I left Jakarta 20 years ago, Dad and I often spoke of those times, the people, the work; it always put a smile on his face.

Dad passed on some of those sales techniques to us. Whenever someone says "to tell you the truth". I here my dad say "aren't you always telling the truth?"  Thank you for sharing your memories.Diane Pizzato

Bruno and I flew to Chicago from Tokyo in 1968, his last flight as he was relocating to Des Plaines. We never slept. Bruno was a kind and fun person to be with. May God bless his family. Bruno please give St. Peter a break with your stories.

When meeting Bruno in the hallways at work, one always had to make sure you weren't in a hurry...Bruno's jokes and stories took a long time to tell!  (ending with many groans!).  I think he got more fun out of them than anyone!

I still remember Bruno brought our start-up crew's mail packages every time he visited the Mann refinery in Burma (12 hours drive from Rangoon) in the early 80's. I will always remember his kindness and smiles. Thank you Bruno.
