Armando M. Ruiz was born on August 5, 1958 in Chicago to Miguel and Mary (nee Sims) Ruiz. He died Tuesday, May 20, 2014 in Des Plaines.Armando served in the United States Army while being stationed in Germany for 3 years.He worked as a Truck Driver for Peterbilt in Itasca. Armando loved to spend time with his family and was loved by all.Armando is survived his siblings, Carlotta M. Ruiz-Smith, Cecelia Ruiz-Marshall, and Miguel (Tammy) Ruiz.He was preceded in death by his parents.Visitation Saturday, May 24, 2014 from 8:30 am until 10:00 am at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 North Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois. Interment will be at 11:30 am at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood.
