Barbara Angela Gardner

Barbara was the beloved wife of the late William M. Gardner; loving mother of Father William M. Gardner, Rita (William) Barsella, Mark (Holly) Gardner, Paul (Karen) Gardner, the late Ruth (the late Greg) Gorman, Stephen (Somraudee) Gardner, Peter (Sandra) Gardner, Barbara (Michael) Enright, Richard (Fumiko) Gardner, and Clare (Thomas) Mottola; cherished grandmother of 28 grandchildren; great-grandmother of 7 great-grandchildren; dear sister of the late Sister Mary Francis Xavier Villerot RSM, the late Father Henry E. Villerot, the late Monsignor Thomas H. Villerot, the late Ernest (the late Marian) Villerot, the late Kathleen (the late Sylvester) Lama, the late Anne Villerot, the late Joseph (the late Yvonne) Villerot, the late Sister Therese Villerot RSM, the late Edward Villerot; and adored aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, June 19, 2026, from 5-7PM, followed by praying the Rosary at 7pm, at Glueckert Funeral Home, 1520 N Arlington Heights Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004.

Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 10:00AM at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 36 N. Ellsworth St., Naperville, IL 60540. Interment will immediately follow at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery and Mausoleum, 1185 W. Algonquin Road, Palatine, IL 60067.
